This exciting, focused program is specifically for gymnasts who have confidently mastered the basic fundamentals and demonstrate the strong work ethic and focus required to advance to our Pre-Team and Competitive Team levels.

In this class, athletes will move beyond beginner skills, focusing on advanced technique, increased repetitions, and the development of longer, more complex tumbling and apparatus routines. We emphasize building explosive power, flexibility, and the mental fortitude necessary for competitive success.
