BILLING POLICY: Tuition fees are billed monthly on the first of each month from September to June. This is done on a month-to-month basis, which means we are reserving a spot for the student, and they will be charged regardless of attendance.
To withdraw from the automatic billing cycle, we require a written notice of your intention at least 15 days in advance. If proper notice is not provided, you will continue to be billed for the reserved spot. Please note that the parent or guardian is responsible for any consequences of not notifying us in time.
There are no refunds for tuition, and it cannot be adjusted or carried over due to absences.
To withdraw your student from class, please email info@hgeast.com 15 days prior to the 1st of the month.
