2025 Hamptons Gymnastics Camp

Our camp is designed to provide girls ages 5 and older with 6 hours of intense gymnastics training and strength conditioning in an atmosphere in which each child can encounter physical challenges, feel the joy of movement, have fun, and experience the satisfaction of success in a comfortable and safe environment. We like to think the summer is about balance, Our Olympic equipment is new, clean, and ready to be used safely, and our gym is FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED!
This is a great camp for team girls wanting to work on their skills for the summer or girls just wanting to explore the possibilities that gymnastics holds. Each child will be evaluated and placed in a group that will allow the most enriching learning experience to learn and grow.
****Remember to pack a lunch for your child****
We do a morning snack break at 10 am and a 45-minute lunch break at Noon everyday. Due to allergies, each child must bring their lunch and bottled water which they can refill at our gym. Please pack healthy options that your child likes as we do not sell lunch items here. Snacks are available for purchase by cash.

Week 3: Monday, June 30 - July 3, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 4: Monday, July 7 - July 10, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 5: Monday, July 14 - July 17, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 6: Monday, July 21 - July 24, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 7: Monday, July 28 - July 31, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 8: Monday, Aug. 4 - Aug. 7, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 9 Monday, Aug 11 - Aug 14, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 10 Monday, Aug 18 - Aug 21, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
Week 11 Monday, Aug 25 - Aug 28, Thursday (9 am - 2 pm)
4 Day Camp: $1250 (Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 2 pm)

PRIVATE LESSONS
We offer private lessons Monday-Thursday from 3-4 pm immediately following our regular camp schedule. If your child is interested in a private lesson, please let us know what days you would like to reserve so we can make sure we have a coach available to work with your child.
To reserve a spot, please call our office at 631-377-3545 with your child's name and desired days or email info@hgeast.com. Thank you! The private lesson must be confirmed by the Director, Coach Paul prior to the lesson.
